So many special memories come to mind when thinking of Marilyn. Since childhood, she and the Dennings family have been woven into the fabric of my life and that of the Weikert family. As a "always-available-to-help" neighbor, as a warm and caring family friend, and as a long-term, highly-competent, loyal General Films team member, Marilyn will always be remembered with great affection, respect and appreciation. Her devotion to her children and her larger family, and to her friends and co-workers was wonderful. And part of her legacy is the commitment she had to living life fully and continuing to do so until the end of life. She will be missed so much by all who knew and loved her. But her faith was very strong, and she will be greeted lovingly in the next life by those who gone before her. There is comfort in that knowledge.

To the Denning's Family and Extended Family:
It is with heartfelt sympathy to you all in the lose of your Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother. My Aunt Marilyn was a wonderful person and loved by so many. She was so beautiful and truly filled with the Holy Spirit. I was so enlightened to call her my Aunt. She had such a tenderhearted spirit and her laugh was contagious. She never seemed to get to upset about anything. Than was Aunt Marilyn. My Dad adored her and always talked fondly of her. When I was a little girl, I remember thinking how beautiful she was and her hair was so black it was actually blue in the sunlight. That is what I will always remember about my Aunt Marilyn. She loved her family and there was never a doubt about that. That is how the Lampert's lived. They came from very strong German roots, and believe me, you were aware of that! Family took care of family. Marilyn will surely be missed by us all. Even though I did not see her much, I always thought about her. May you all have great peace in knowing her faithful legacy will live on in all of us. Blessings, Jane Lampert-Roby

To all of the Denning's family we are so sorry for the loss of your Mother. She was always so nice to us, Though we were kind of neighbors we talked once in awhile, I still make her angel food cake once in awhile. She will be greatly missed I am sure. Take care all of you and may you find peace.

My condolences to the Dennings family. Your Mother was my 4-H advisor and we had sewing lessons at your house. She was very giving of her time. I remember her helping as a band mother too. She was always so friendly and I have fond memories of her. What wonderful memories you will have that will keep you crying and laughing. Hugs to you all.

To all the Dennings children, I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your mom. She was so wonderful to all of us Girouard children as we would run back and forth down the alley between houses - she always had a smile and an open door for us. I remember her baking birthday cakes for our mom, which meant so much to her. Our thoughts and prayers our with you during this time.

Marilyn (and Guy) and the 5 great kids were so important to Susie and me during our early years of marriage. Most of the Dennings kids babysat for us through the years and when there was no kid available, Marilyn took them in. She was one of the nicest people I have ever known. I will miss our chance encounters at the market. My condolences to all of the family.

Thank you Tom. So many beautiful memories. You, Sue and the boys were always special to us. It's hard to lose Mom, but we take consolation knowing she is finally reunited with the love of her life. How blessed we were to have them both.
