Darla Sever

Darla J. Sever, 79, formerly of Sidney, passed away Saturday morning, October 8, 2022, at Ayden Healthcare of Piqua. She was born April 5, 1943, in Sidney, to the late Eugene and Rose (Schmidt) Boroff.

She will be missed and remembered by her five children and their spouses, Douglas (Karen) St. Myers of Sidney, Cathy (Troy) Potts of The Villages, Fla., Crystal (Joe) Didier of Piqua, Rick (Kelley) St. Myers of Piqua, and Brian (Tracy) St. Myers of Piqua; 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; two brothers; and two sisters.

Darla retired from Nitto Denko and had also worked for Ledex. She enjoyed cooking, baking, country music, her TV and her remote.

A gathering time to honor her life will be held from 2-3 p.m. Tuesday, October 18, with a service to follow at 3 p.m., all at Moore Funeral Home, 10 S. High St., Covington. Private inurnment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery, Piqua. Online condolences may be left for her family at www.moorefh.com.
