Eugene Crawford

Eugene Arthur Crawford, 72, of Midkiff, West Virginia, and formerly of Troy, died Wednesday, September 12, 2018, at Cornerstone Hospital in West Virginia.  He was born January 30, 1946 in Hazard, Kentucky, and was preceded in death by his first wife, Nancy (Caldwell) Crawford.

Eugene is survived by his wife, Ruth Breedlove; adopted grandson, Jesse Crawford; four children, Harold Eugene (Debra) Crawford, Michelle Lewis, Eula (Jeff) Nerderman, Eugene Crawford; step-daughter, Debra (Stan) Stewart; grandchildren, Courtney Aguirre, Kelcie Crawford, Corey Martin, Codey Martin, Amanda Perry, and Brian Horn; step-grandsons Douglas and Owen; great-grandchildren Gabriel Aguirre, Lindsay Martin, and Malik Njie; and several brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 15, in Sias, W.Va.  Local graveside services and burial will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, September 17 at Miami Memorial Park, 7875 N.
