Helen M. Trucksis, 90, of Piqua, passed away Saturday, March 27, 2021, at Upper Valley Medical Center. She was born April 19, 1930, in Troy, to the late Raymond and Mary Ellen (Curtis) Trucksis.
She is survived by a sister-in-law, Lois Mayberry of Piqua; five nieces; one nephew; and many good friends. She was preceded in death by four brothers, Harold, Richard, Robert, and Ralph Trucksis.
Helen retired from Hobart Brothers in 1992, and had previously worked at Bowman’s Bakery in Troy. She was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church, Piqua, and a 55-year member of the Pocahontas Degree of the Improved Order of Red Men, Troy.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 10, at Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City, with Pastor Dan Dapelo officiating. There will be no public visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Our Savior Lutheran Church, 517 McKinley Av., Piqua, OH 45356. Arrangements are in care of Moore Funeral Home, Covington.
