Joe Turner

Joe M. Turner, 85, of Piqua, formerly of Bradford, passed away Saturday morning, November 26, 2022, at Stillwater Nursing and Rehabilitation, Covington. He was born October 9, 1937, in Troy, to the late Monford and Dorothy (Dinsmore) Turner. He married M. Gayle (Bertholomey) Turner; she preceded him in death on May 10, 2009.

Joe is survived by his three sons and their spouses, Eric (Michelle) Turner of Indianapolis, Ind., Ben (Candi) Turner of Piqua and Craig (Kelly) Turner of Piqua; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by a brother, Dan Turner. Joe worked for many years as a civil engineer.

Memorial services to honor his life will be held at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, December 15, at Moore Funeral Home, 10 S. High St., Covington, with Pastor Tracy Bodey officiating. Friends may visit from 5-6:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hope for Home Ministries, P.O. Box 393, Troy, OH 45373.
