Lucille Amelia Draving
Age 92 , formerly of Covington, passed away Thursday, April 28, 2016 at Miami Valley Hospital South. She was born April 21, 1924, in Dalhart, Texas, to her parents Edward & Amelia (Fark) Harjehausen. Lucille graduated from New Bremen High School class of 1942. On December 25, 1952, she married Basil Raymond Draving and together they shared a life for over 48 years. She was a longtime member of the St. Johns Lutheran Church, Covington. Lucille was preceded in death by her husband Basil Draving; brother Harold Edward Harjehausen; sister Leona Hansel. She will be missed and remembered by her son Ron Draving of Dayton. Funeral services will be held 11:30 AM Saturday, May 7, at Jackson-Sarver Funeral Home, 10 S. High Street, Covington. Pastor Steve Nierman will officiate with interment following in Priest Cemetery, Covington. The family will receive friends from 2 hours prior to the service (9:30-11:30 AM) at the funeral home.
