Age 60, of Rockford, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, September 23, 2014, at Colonial Nursing Center, Rockford, Ohio. He was born April 6, 1954, in Greenville, Ohio, to his parents Eugene D. & Idamae (Flory) Kelley. He will be missed and remembered by his wife Irene (Jarboe) Kelley of Modesto, CA; daughters and son-in-law Beth & David Cover, Mary Kelley, Sharon Kelley all of Modesto, CA; grandchildren Aaron, John, Sarah, Stephen Cover; sisters and brothers-in-law Myrna & Ferrell Nachatelo of Mauston, WI, Beth & Tim Witmer of Goshen, IN, Ann & Kurt Wolf of Arcanum. Funeral services will be held 4:00 PM Sunday, September 28, at Jackson-Sarver Funeral Home, 10 S. High Street, Covington, with interment following at Gettysburg Cemetery.
